Why isn't anyone getting this? I feel the actual physical damage, along with emotional damage from severe traumas to my head and facial area.

Start working out, on regular basis. Drink a lot of water. Think positive. Stay away from electronic gadgets. Do breathing exercise at 10 minutes a day. Things will start getting better.

On my 99 taurus I have two problems.first the fuel gauge isn't reading accurately,it stayin at 3/8 full.along with that gauge the temp gauge isn't moving it stays at cold.second major problem it...

You might have to get the fuel pump out of the tank and clean the patenchio meter which moves up and down, clean it with an eraser on the end of the pencil for best results.
As for the temp guage, check the temp sensor it might have grounded.
Strange whining could be from the loose belt check tensioner, power steering pump for pressure, sterring rack might be seasing/leaking internally.

Facial redness..

The heat you are feeling is from infrared photons. The type of photons that damages skin is mainly ultraviolet photons, which are much higher in energy than that of IR photons. Your skin may become pink from the heat but actual damage is unlikely at such lower energy for IR photons. In other words, you are not going to get a suntan. dont worry about it.
