Pump says "no flow" even with RPM 3000? - Pentair IntelliFlo VS-3050 & VS+SVRS Variable Speed Pump -

check fuel pressure

Plugged exhaust , catalytic converter ! Have exhaust back pressure tested , and while your at it have the fuel pressure an flow tested . Also have a professional tech do a look see at scan data .

I recently had the same problem with my transit connect.
Does the power judder at all?
The fault turned out to be the fuel pump.

Check the fuel pressure regulator diaphragm.
Do It Yourself Diagnosis and Repair

Get some MAF cleaner & clean the Mass Air Flow sensor in the intake

Check fuel flow and pressure , if pressure is low check fuel pump. if flow is low replace fuel filter.

Hey have you tried disconnecting and re connecting the battery? my mitsi carisma startd doing that so i rang up dealer and aparently they do it when the computer thinks there is something wrong with the engine, so it enters slow mode (or turtle mode or something) so that minimal damage is done while you drive it slowly to yr mechanic. Could be complettly wrong tho. Good luck.

FIRST CHECK OIL PRESSURE IT SHOULD BE 30 - 80 PSI AT 3000 RPM.IF NOT YOUR OIL PUMP PRESSURE REGULATOR FAULTY.IF ALL IS GOOD OIL + FILTER BEEN CHANGED.POSSIBLE CAUSE TO NO OIL FLOW TO THE ROCKER ARMS COULD BE PLUGGED OIL PASSAGES IN ENGINE BLOCK.SLUDGE BUILD UP IN OIL PAN CAUSING POOR OIL PICK UP.OR WORN DIRTY LIFTERS WONT PUMP OIL.

Check idle positon sensor,mass air flow sensor, or have a tech run a code scanner on the computer to readout the problem.

does it get worse as it runs? this would indicate exhaust problem. could be mass air flow
