Usually a 001 or 002 code refers to problems with the motor. It means that either the motor is not working properly or that the sensor that detects motor movement is not working. Errors 005 and 007 relate to the incline. Either way, something may need to be replaced, either the motor or the sensor. There is a way to test the motor but it requires removing the motor cover and disconnecting and reconnecting some wires. I would suggest you get in touch with the manufacturer. Depending on the age of your unit, some warranty may apply.
