Hi My Exhilaration 2 seat recliner sofa loveseat chocolate by Ashley Furniture was delivered to my home in two parts. Please let me know how to separate. I need to remove it from the home.

the recliner is the outside seat hinge and has 4 bolts holding it to the seat cushion and seat back.The seat covers need to be pulled back to gain access to bolts.Can be done with seat in the vehicle.

sounds like the motor is locked up,try the furniture store you got it from for the part or manufacter
