In general, you can press the power key for a while. If the light flashes, it means this method works and your Bluetooth headphones are ready. Then, back to your iPhone 7 or 7 plus settings, locate the device name of your Bluetooth headphones in Bluetooth Setting, and click it to connect
Make sure they have the same bluetooth stack, or at least a compatible stack.
To understand what it means, before you look up what stacks your devices have, look here: Bluetooth stack
After charging, turn on headset by pushing the power button until the charging led turns red and flashes. continue to hold the button until the light flashes red and green. Go to your phone or device bluetooth settings page and search for devices, it should show up as TPRO HP500BT. Select device and select to Pair with this device. The light should start flashing red really fast, then it should be paired!
Go into the Bluetooth settings of your device and remove the headphones (forget them)
Power on headphones; press vol + & vol - to enter pairing mode (alternating red-green lights flashing); press and hold vol + & vol - for 8 - 10 seconds until the light flashed orange; the headphones are now reset to factory defaults; pair the headphones to your device.
I have to do this every time I install an IOS update on my iPhone.
I fixed my Headphones that would not stop vibrating by leaving them ON until the Power drain out and they stopped vibrating. Then Turned them OFF, plug in the charger they began to Vibrate again but after the charge they Stopped Vibrating and have been ok ever since
