It sounds like its a bearing

Frontload failure code
F-1 EEprom error due to:
power glitch
remedy: unplug washer for 2 minutes
if error still exists replace CCU board
Causes:
Pump driver failure to activate on CCU.
Main Relay stuck on CCU.
Relay points welded or open on CCU.

power failure--------unplug the unit for 5 minutes and see if it clears that code

Just F on its own?
Try to clear it doing the following:
Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle. Select
DRAIN/SPIN if there is excessive water in the washer.
Re-select cycle and select HOLD TO START. If the problem
remains, call for service.
