I need the firmware update for my lg k10 k425, i cant seem to find it anywhere. i have searched for it multiple times. please help!

This TV has the ability to upgrade firmware from any standard USB thumb-drive. Here is a link to the Philp's site that has the instructions as well as the link to download the newest firmware:

Sumvision Cyclone Latest Firmware Update
Latest release of firmware to fix customer who may be experiencing "menu" problems or large HDD problems:
Please download the .zip file from the link below:

http://www.digitalpromo.co.uk/images/cyclone%20upgrade.zip

Then follow these easy installation instructions:

Info: Hard drive must be either new or contain very little data for this update to work.

1.) Extract the file

2.) Put it in the root of the HDD
Note: Dont change the file name, dont put it in a folder

3 .) Power the device on, go to the "setup" section, and click the upgrade firmware

Can I obtain a copy of LG TV software update 04.62.13 for TV 47LM640T-ZA which is not found on LG product support web site.
I would be cautious about downloading firmware/software from anywhere other than the oficial LG web site as you may render the system useless and unrecoverable if the wrong version or there is an error in the download gets installed.
As a rule, like Windows Phones, if there is no official update, the system is out of date and time to replace it.
Have you spoken to an authorised LG service department/workshop .....

A firmware update should be. If you wish to get more details, check this link. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ Selecting the view option, either to Mosaic / Time slide, can be selected by the drop-down list, at the top left of the display window, will make surf easy. You can also do a search, by type in the brand name/model number/IC used, in the search box at the top right of the display window.

I have Vistaquest VQ5900WP Camera. It does not work properly since the first day. I would like to update its firmware, but I cant find it anywhere. The version tha camera comes with is: TDC50G0_Ver28...
That seems like a rather new firmware to me, as it's less than 2 years old.

I searched on Google.com and couldn't find a newer one than that.

What is not functioning correctly on this, camera?

Here's how to get LG's Auto Firmware Updater
Go here :
http://www.lge.com/support/software.jsp
Select
> Location = North America > USA/ Canada
Then
> Product = DVD-ROM (writer)
> Operating System = Vista
> Subject = LG Auto Firmware Download

Download the .zip file to your Desktop
You'll need to "Extract All" from the .zip
and then run the setup file
You'll need to allow Internet Access ( AV/IS )
The Updater will probably need to Update itself - before being active


To Manually Search For Firmware Updates
> Product = DVD-ROM (writer)
> Operating System = Vista
> Subject = Firmware
Look through the Listings for your Specific Drive
I would recommend Disabling the LG Auto Firmware Updater
- from Windows Start-up
You can open the Updater at any time - from All Programs

My LG dvd driver cant read certain dvds
LG and HP in known for thier reading laser to become trashed or crash. Once this happens, you can only replace the drive.

Sorry for the bad new but I faught an HP drive for months before I just bought a new one.
