Ischemia describes a partially blocked artery due to deposits of fat (plaque) on the inner lining of the vessel. In the case of ischemic heart disease, this narrowing of the coronary arteries leaves them unable to bring enough blood and oxygen to the cardiac muscle. This can result in chest pain, but cardiac ischemia can also develop painlessly, and sudden, total blockage of the coronary artery will result in a heart attack.

Mayo clinic says drinking water will prevent heart attacks?

It is true few people are correctly or sufficiently hydrated enough for peak health but drinking too much water is as dangerous as drinking too little.

Being properly hydrated is good for health as part of a healthy lifestyle and a healthy lifestyle can be a way to avoid developing heart disease. I don't think drinking water would be able to reverse the effects of heart disease.

Further information and a discussion about this might be found on ehealth.com

Does this really fix heart disease?

Unless it is from a physician, NO!

The key to reversing heart disease is losing weight and getting exercise plus eating a balanced healthy low animal-fat diet.

HOW TO MAKE EFFECTIVE PRESENTATION ON HEART &ITS RELATED DIESEASES

Disease of the heart can be many. The usual ones are coronary artery disease, arrhythmia's, valve issues, or heart failure. So minimally you should have diagrams showing the blood flow to the heart, and the electrical activity pathways. With these diagrams you can explain how a disruption at any point can cause certain problems. For example, an occlusion to the left circumflex artery would not produce the same harm to the heart muscle that an occlusion to the right coronary artery will. They will cause different problems with the heart. You can go over heart rhythms, A-fib, V-tach, normal sinus rhythm, Heart blocks etc. They all effect how efficient the heart pumps blood, if at all. Go over causes of heart problems and ways to prevent them. It is all information that can be found on the internet.

What range show my BP be in. 50 year old black

There isn't really a normal blood pressure, there is a continuum of blood pressures among ppl at any age (for example, 50). By age 50, about 1/2 of Americans will have a blood pressure that is higher than what cardiovascular disease prevention guidelines have set as targets.
The goal blood pressure for a 50 year old person without any other medical issues is <140/90. People at higher risk of developing cardiovascular disease have correspondingly lower blood pressure targets. People with kidney disease, diabetes or prediabetes (also known as metabolic syndrome), and those with known cardiovascular disease (heart failure or previous heart attack) should have a target blood pressure of <130.80.
