Honeywell DVR reset
Here's the step-by-step process:

1. Turn off the DVR.
2. Turn on the DVR.
3. Wait for the DVR front LEDs to blink.
4. Insert a paper clip into the reset hole until you here a clic.
5. Hold the paper clip into this position for 10 to 15s.
6. Release the paper clip.

If the Time Warner Spectrum app is not allowing you to toggle between your two DVR devices, you may need to check a few things:

1. Make sure both DVR devices are connected to your home network and are turned on.
2. Check that both DVR devices are authorized for remote access through the Time Warner Spectrum app. You may need to contact your service provider to ensure this is enabled.
3. Ensure that both DVR devices are associated with the same Spectrum account. If not, you may need to add the missing DVR to your account.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Time Warner Spectrum app on your iPhone and iPad. Alternatively, you can contact Spectrum customer service for further assistance with the app.

You already have an internet connection. More than likely you have a modem with a built in 4 port router. Plug a Network cable into the back of the router and also into the Security Camera DVR. Go to the settings in the Security DVR and choose network. Log into the modem/router and set up a port forward to the ip address you found in the security DVR network section. Download the Security Camera App from your telephone hardware provider. Load your remote ip addess (found by searching from your computer attached to your network at home using whatismyip4.host) port, user name and password into the app and you should be online to your cameras on your phone.

I use this app also.. did you scan from the system to see what app to use with the DVR?

i used another alternative also configure within the app.
try another device and look at the setting of that app, like a tablet. That company make a lot of other apps look under author of that app and you will find one that works..

You must know the IP of the camera and IP Video server. Connecting your phone to CCTV camera via the protocol you can view the CCTV footage's in your phone. Night vision cameras are used for surveillance purpose. I would prefer cctv camera with ir illuminator for good image quality in the night time that will clear footage quality in my phone.
