You have probably already found an answer, but all the specs are in the owners manual. If you do not have one, you can download one for free from honda-marine.com under the owners section. You will only need the serial number for your engine.

I have a 1985 Evinrude 60hp outboard that i removed the oil injector so as i could run on mixed fuel. At high speeds it is bogging out and seems to be missing badly. Could this be the wrong fuel/oil mix,...
The correct mixture is 50:1, or 1 pint per 6 gallon tank. Use quality brand-name outboard TCW-II or better oil(Bombardier or Mercury eg.) to eliminate the oil as a problem.

Check your plugs for fouling. If using perma-gap / surface-gap type plugs, switch to the L77JC4 type, especially for long idling or slow speed operation. For extended high speed operation, the surface gap plugs are recommended.
