Using the BMI (Body Mass Index) method and to be in the "Healthy" range, 5'3" females should weight between 105lb and 140lb.
I'm sure Sir Mix-A-Lot would disagree though

Recommended tyre pressure

The required tyre pressure is established by the amount of load or weight that the tyre is carrying. Over or under inflation can cause excessive tire tread wear. The recommended pressures for your tyres are shown in raised lettering on the sidewall of the tyres.
Depending on what you are towing, you will know how much additional weight is being placed on the cars rear tyres, and you can adjust the pressure accordingly.
Personally, When I am towing, I increase the tire pressures by about 5 psi just to reduce sidewall flexing and create a more stable towing package.
Hope this helps.

Heavier Oil weight for Dodge Caravan

10-30 would be better, the 5-20 is really to thin to work well, the factory used it to get a bit better fuel mileage.Your Dodge probably just needs a a set of valve seals, only a couple hour job.

Recommended motor oil

Your owners manual should give you the recommended weight.
Most newer vehicles in normal climates use 5w-30 oil.
The brand is not as important as the correct weight.

My 1999 Saturn sl1 has an oil leakage. will changing the weight of oil help or hurt?

Only the manufacturer's recommended oil weight should ever be used in your engine.

While using a heavier weight oil might reduce the leakage somewhat, (but not much), the benefit will be more than offset by the internal damage that an UN-recommended oil weight may cause to your engine. The engine was built with certain tolerances between the metal parts, and a higher weight (thicker oil viscosity) may not be able to penetrate the spaces, causing premature wear.

In short, don't do it. Repair the leaky seal, or gasket, and only run what Saturn says you should run.

Have 2006 GMC Canyon Reg Cab, 5 cylinder. Will be traveling across country with approx 1000 lbs in bed. Tires are Hankook listed at 1874 lbs 44psi max. Recommended tire pressure on door is 33psi cold. What...

The load rating on the tire is per tire.33 psi will be fine, but for some added fuel savings I would air them up to the 44 psi in the rear.Don't for get to let them down when you remove your load or you will get center tire ware.

Is there a difference in the weights of motor oil 10/30 and 10/40?

Yes. 10-w30 will act like a 10 weight oil when cold and a 30 weight oil when hot. 10-w30 will act like ten weight when cold, but like (thicker) 40 weight oil when hot. Your profile only says Cadillac and doesn't say model or year, but most cars since the early- mid 80's use 5-w30. Always use the oil weight recommended in your owners manual. If you are unsure call the dealer and they will tell you what is right for your car.

What type of oil do i use

In winter I use 5 w 30 multi weight oil and in summer I switch to 10 w 30 multi weight oil.

If you still have the users manual there will be a recommended oil but I don't think you can go wrong with the above listed suggestion.

What type of oil do I need for winter?

Use the manufacturer's recommended weight. Unless you're in an extremely cold area there is no reason to use a lighter weight than is recommended.
