It worked then stopped. All other lines still show incoming caller ID information.
I've never seen the CID card fail on just one line. Try swapping the Telco lines to be sure it isn't really the enemy's fault.

Some phones are not equiped to pick up call waiting caller id. check the box or look up your model number on the uniden site. The call waiting caller id only shows up on the phone that is in use at the time of the call.

Well if the phone has been bought abroad and being used in India you will face this problem. this is because of the format of transmitting the caller id info being different. In USA it is STF and in India it is DTMF. You need a convertor in the phone line which is DTMF to STF. IF you find onw in Delhi pl let me also know.

Log into your TalkSwitch Management Software.
Go to Telephone Lines.
Under each incoming line make sure that Caller ID is checked.
Click File> Save
