You go to the log in and click forgot password it will give you 2 options you can answer the security questions or it will give you the chance to give a different email address and send you link asking you specific details about your account like previous passwords, the addresses of sent and received emails, folders you may have created and personal info. Answer as many questions as you can correctly to see if they will grant you access to your account

Unless you have the account registered with another email address or a mobile phone you may have difficulty getting a new password.

In the hotmail login screen type your hotmail address and then select one of the buttons that shows forgot password. Press enter and you will be sent a reset password or a link on your alternate email address. If you do not have alternate email address registered previously then you may have to take up a new address.

To make life easy, I would create a new account, try that.
It is easier to use another company than you had your previous account.
You could also send an E mail to the people where you are. There is usually on the sign in screen a line where it says contact us
it is either to send an E mail or a chat.

you can reset your password by using these three options
1. reset your password using alternate email id
2. reset your password using security questions
3. reset your password using your phone number

Have you tried at: https://www.paypal.com ? If you forgot your password, click on the [Password forgot?]. Have you changed your email address since you originally signed up with PayPal? If so, try your previous email address.

In the log in screen you should see a spot where you can tell it you forgot your password. It will then want to send it to an alternative email that you would have had to previously set up.

Your Apple ID and password is the key to gaining access to the App Store, and Apple has a username and password locator tool to recover forgotten information.
Your Apple ID is usually the same as the primary email address attached to the account, and cannot be deleted once created.
As a security precaution, Apple resets your account password and allows you to create a new one rather than display the previous password.

Visit the Apple Forgot ID page, and click "Forgot Your Apple ID?" underneath the text field.
Enter your first and last name, current email address and up to three previous email addresses. Click "Next" to use the Apple ID locator to pull up all Apple accounts linked to the entered email addressees.

Click "Email authentication" and click "Next" to have the Apple ID sent to your email address. Open your email account, and open the message from Apple.
The message contains a link that redirects you to the password reset screen.

Enter the new password, and reenter it in the confirmation box.
Click "Reset Password" to submit the changes.
A confirmation email is sent to your email account with the name of your Apple ID and a confirmation of the new password.
Click "App Store" on your Macintosh's desktop dock and click "Store" on the application's menu. Click "Sign In" and enter your Apple ID and password.
Click "Sign In" to log into your account.

think about which email you uesd and retrype it

++ If you forget the username:
Goto http://mail.yahoo.com/ then click on "forget your ID or Password", then a page will appear for you in next step and then choose " I forgot my Username" and click on "next", for now, you should insert your alternative email,Birthday,country of residence and postal code (as you inserted before). for next step, you'll reset your password and now your previous address mail will send to alternative mail
* Note: if you forget the alternative email,birthday,country of residence or postal code, you won't give it back! you should remember them exactly

Do the previous steps, but instead of  "I forgot my Username", you should choose  " I forgot my password"

You can find the mail address by entering the "first name" and "Last name" in which you use before for your mail. --------------- I hope it could help you.
