Timer or control board issue most likely. If it has a start button, make sure it’s not stuck

It might need to be rebalanced or your connection are not tight.

All Ge washers should have a wiring diagram inside the control panel on the left side if standing in front of the machine. Hopefully it wasn't removed by someone.

The wiring diagram in inside the the washers backsplash, just take the backsplash apart and it will be in a small envelope

The wiring diagram is located in the control panel.

Most washers have their wiring diagram glued to the inside of the removable panel on the back. You need to unscrew the panel to get to the diagram.
