Tried googling fo manual KWS1528AQ-01,no luck

try manufacturer or online search for it using make and model

I searched using http://www.google.com and could only find a Frankfurt manual, not an Oslo.

Turn your fax off then back on. If the problem persist try a memory clear. Press function 9 * 8 # 7 then press start , then keep pressing your # key until you see memory clear then press start. You will lose #'s that are stored. If the problem still persist try another phone line(analog line). This problem will not be in your owners manual, but if you still need one I would do a google search.
