SOURCE: Hayward model H100ID1 pool heater

The diverter inside your manifold is likely broken. You should stop using the heater immediately as the nocking is from water starting to boil in your heat exchanger. This can lead to a dangerous situation if a limit switch does not act in time.

Pull the inlet hose from the heater and you should see a plate just inside. If you can move it around it is broken and the fix is a new exchanger assembly.

You can fin these online and we sell them at www.arrowmotor.net

SOURCE: Hooking up a pool heater to propane.

A pressure regulator and pipe or hose. Whoever is selling you the tank/propane should be able to help you size everything based on the tank hook-up and tank pressure. The heater nameplate will tell you the proper inlet gas pressure that the regulator will need to reduce the tank pressure to.

SOURCE: H Series Pool & Spa Heater 400k Btu Propane Gas Milivolt Ignition H400p1: how do i fix the AO code on my hayward heater?...

AO will apply to your blower, blower tubing, or blower vacuum switch. You need to check these items.

SOURCE: I'm receiving an error code CE on my Hayward H

Open up the control panel access door on the front. (the display). Remove the 2 screws at the top and tilt the assembly out. There should be a tab on the bottom that helps keep the assembly stable. Check all the connections on both boards for fit and broken wires. If all is ok, I would shut the supply power off, then back on and see if the data transfer works. If not, bad boards.

Testimonial: "Great advice. Working like a charm. No loose wiring. 2 large beetles between the circuit board and the display. Blew them out and it works great."

Why won't my Hayward H Series H200 pool heater not lite, what is the most likely problem

there are a few things you can check. make sure you have a good fuel supply. make sure the pilot light is lit. (just because the pilot is on doesnt mean you have good fuel supply). the pilot may be out of adjustment from the burner rail. the igniting burner rail may be dirty or blocked

it could be a bad blower vac switch, and you may look at the rubber tubing going into the switch to ensure it hasnt dry rotted.
