You should use the TOTO without the deodorizing sprayer for a few days and see if there is a change but i doubt that it has anything to do with the agent. Maybe you just have a very sensitive skin that reacts to some ingridients in the deodorizer

This sounds like you are suffering from fungal skin infection. These are the main symptoms of the fungal infection. To prevent that you should use some antifungal soap on that affected part.
