First, you need to stop the power to the appliance and wait 2 minutes before re-energizing; this many times resets the logic board and removes crazy actions. 2nd, are all the lights flashing continuously or are they flashing several times then pausing and flashing they same several times again? If they flash nonstop, this may indicate a control board failure. If they flash a certain number of times, this would indicate a fault occurance at some item in the appliance. Your owners manual would usually show this list of flash codes in the trouble shoot section. If you do not have a manual , Call GE (general-electric) and ask to have a manual sent to you; you could also ask about the flash code meaning since this is becoming a more and more prevelant problem and manufactures have been educating their phone help people to know some of these standard answers.

Error code F01 indicates a short circuit motor triac.
You need to check connections on the motor, the motor plug and the module.
Having said that, you really should ring the manufacture, as the washer is still obviously under guarantee, and should be fixed at no cost to you.
The point to bear in mind is that if you do anything to it yourself, then in theory, you could invalidate the guarantee.
So, unless it is anything obvious, then I would advise you ring the manufacturer.
Hope this is of assistance to you.

its the drum bearings there worn out try opening the door and lifting the top of the drum with your fingers if there is any life and the drum drops back when you let it go its them bearings,, then spin the drum by hand is should grumble or growl,,,if it dont do any of this, it could be the "spider" broken off, its an ally part that holds the drum bearings and the drum up,

Error F5 means that the pressure switch is jammed on full. This may have happened due to blockage or obstruction in drain hose. To be sure check whether hose is plugged, if not then remove lower rear panel of the washer.
Now you would be able to see drain pump and a large black hose on bottom of drum. Remove the hose from the pump; remember to keep a container near you to collect the water from the filter/pump. Remove and clean the drain filter connected with the pump and hose. Clean the pump and let it dry for a while. Now restart the washer after 2-5 minutes and your issue would be resolved. Please post back for further assistance. Hope this helps...
