I have a Gal j3. How can I transfer my contacts to a desktop and after I reset my phone reload teh contacts?

Suggest you go through your cellulare provider's support pages for storm first, to get the link to the software version they 'authorise' (not always the latest, but the version they do authorise will work with their network).
