Start a twitter account about the design and business practices that are used with Canon printer faults. See my other post. You can simply remove the account under general settings and email, then add yours should work, but may need to reset or delete contacts first before adding yours.

To reset your password you will need to:
Click on Start>Control Panel>User Accounts>Change an Account...
Once you are in "Change an Account" you can delete,change, or do what you need to do with the password.
