Start a twitter account about the design and business practices that are used with Canon printer faults. Ensure you get people to follow and comment on their unwillingness to help their customers without charging them a lot. Then send link to twitter account to Canon tech support and ask them to help.
See my other post. You can simply remove the account under general settings and email, then add yours should work, but may need to reset or delete contacts first before adding yours.

To reset your password you will need to:
Click on Start>Control Panel>User Accounts>Change an Account...
Once you are in "Change an Account" you can delete,change, or do what you need to do with the password.
