I want to reset my nokia 206.1 to support whatsApp by upgrading the software

I am sorry but better buy some normal new smartphone. Nowadays, you can choose from a lot of nice and cheap smartphones.

THERE IS NO WHATS APP IN THIS PHONE AND U CAN NOT USE WHATSAPP IN THIS

try to full reset the phone. this will solve your problem. if it doesn't work, you have to re install the phones software by phone repairing shop

call like you are checking your voicemail, there are sometimes options with your carrier to adjust as you check voicemail.

delete the whatsapp and redownload it via Google.
