SOURCE: i bought a chinese i phone from the phillipines n

Hi,

If the charger is working and the phone does not charge, then, it means the charging port is damage.

Then port is the point where the charger will enter when charging. open the phone and replace the charging port with a good one.

Thanks for contacting Fixya.

I bought 2 Jetech wireless charger for my iPhone through amazon, in February and my time has ran out to return the items on March 22. Can I return them to your company? They charge too slowly

I would suggest contacting amazon anyway and letting them know you think the items are faulty as they are taking longer to charge the devices. They may accept them back.

Why does my Nokia phone say "charger not supported?

That error message usually occurs when using an unsupported third party charger. An example would be if you bought a cheap "knock off" charger that doesn't supply the correct voltage to the phone. These messages can sometimes occur in error when using an official or supported charger.
If you're sure you're using a supported charger, there is something you can try to fix this error. First, unplug the charger from the phone and the power outlet. Turn off the phone and then remove the battery. Wait about 15 seconds and insert the battery again. Turn on the phone, and plug in the charger to the power outlet and the phone. The phone should now charge.
If it's still not working, you'll need to try to get a new charger. Sometimes, if the phone is still in warranty, you can get the charger replaced for free if it is defective.

I just bought the phone and it will not turn on even while on the charger is that normal? Shouldn't it at least light up or something while on the charger or does it have to be fully charged 1st

With my experience with cell phones, (15 years), they have always lit up when plugged in. Make sure there isn't a safety sticker on the battery in the phone, if possible, take the phone to a dealer and have them plug it in. You may have a faulty charger. Also, Try plugging it in to another electrical outlet or car charger.
