check you have good compression. remove plug and cover hole with a bung( cork of rubber) .
there may be some debris keeping the inlet valve open .
try compressed air to blow out cylinder whilst turning engine over(pull the cord).
reinstall plug and it should fire.

You might try your local Ditch Witch dealer. The older trenchers used an air cooled 4 cylinder Wisconsin engine.

The CN90 is an electric oven.

There are two model types. Those that run with batteries (gas and electric model)., and those that have no battery (gas types)

On some of these the battery is located under the storage compartment in the seat. Lift the storage compartment to reveal the battery. On some you may have to remove the rear tire to access the battery.

The non battery types don't need a battery, but run off of a magneto, a small generator when the engine is running. That's how the spark plugs are fired on all vehicles that don't actually have battery. Like a lawn mower for example.

If you can't locate a battery, your scooter probably runs on magneto.

1) Check the points (inside the magnetor cover) and clean if needed.
2) It could be 180' out of time.
As you rotate the engine and come up to compression TDC, the magneto should trip or 'click' to start the spark. If that click is on the exhaust stroke, it is out of time.
*Magentos will make a very sharp bright blue spark, so points, condensor, and coil is very important.

Be sure you have set the magneto at the correct clearance. Make darn sure that the elements for an engine to start and run good are fuel, good air , and a good spark..That clearance by the way should be .010 to .012/ Good luck. don
