  1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your Fitbit Charge HR. Your Charge HR will begin charging.
  2. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V122").
  3. Let go of the button.
  4. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.
  5. Also, I suggest cleaning your tracker's battery contacts, because over time the contacts can accumulate dirt and debris that prevents them from making a good connection to the charger. Use a toothpick or toothbrush to clean the charging contacts; do not scrape them with anything metal because this can damage the plating and result in corrosion.
Finally keep in mind that these tips can impact the battery life:
  • Each alarm you add up to the maximum of 8 reduces battery life by a small percentage.
  • Frequently pressing the button to check your statistics or the time may reduce the battery life.
  • Since Quick View causes the screen to light up whenever you turn your wrist towards you, turning this setting off may prolong battery life. When Quick View is off, press the button to see your stats.
  • If you're syncing with an Android device, the Always Connected option may reduce battery life.
  • If you're syncing with any Fitbit app, the All-Day sync option may reduce battery life on both the tracker and mobile device.
  • Charging your Charge HR in extreme heat or cold may reduce battery life.
  • If you don't need a heart rate rating, change the Heart Rate setting to Off. The Auto setting uses less battery than the On setting...

SOURCE: can't get sansa clip to turn on or charge

These are the most common methods for recovering Sandisk's Sansa Mp3 Players. I have been almost universally successful in recovering Sansa players using one or a combination of these methods. These methods do not work if you are having synchronization or music format issues - they are for recovering a player that will not power up, freezes, flashes, is not recognized by the computer, and a host of other issues.

Reset the Sansa Player first. On most models, restart is done by holding the power button in for 15 seconds or longer. Check your specific manual to be sure. The manuals are available from the Sansa website if they have been misplaced.
Download the Sansa Recovery Tool from the Sansa website.
Format - Erases Everything: Connect your Sansa player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "Sansa 1GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything.
Firmware Upgrade- Erases Everything: Get the latest firmware upgrade from Sansa - it updates the firmware and erases every song in the player all at once. Note: this method doesn't work if already have the latest firmware. Go to this website and click "Firmware Updater" to find out: http://www.sandisk.com/DriverDownload/driverList.asp
If these fail, then:
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
If you get the problem where MTP Device keeps popping up continuously, uninstall the “MTP Device” by going to Start à Control Panel àSystem à Hardware à Device Manager (you computer may vary slightly, depending on Windows Version).
You may have to restart your computer after each of these methods to get them to work properly. Disconnect your Sansa player BEFORE shutting down your computer.

SOURCE: iphone charging problems

I was just anwering another person with the same issue as you. As I was telling him, it is a common issue that I fix 4-5 per week. But it is a very difficult repair. Your main flex cable needs to be inspected and posibily replaced. This cable also has the Microphone, Speaker and bottom charging port copnnected to it. I suggest taking it to a repair shop with iphone specialty. If you are in US you can ship to me if you like. [email protected]

SOURCE: bought my iphone 5 and am unable to charge using both the plug and computer. however am able to charge using the iphone 4 plug. please help!

your iphone 5 doesn't charge using the wall plug? Sounds like it may be a DOA plug, cable, or phone! I would take it to apple or try to find someone else with the new lightning connector.

First, make sure that if your iTunes version is high enough to fit the version of your iPhone.
About charging, I think it means the output current of your charger is to low to charge and run your iPhone at the same time. This case is most like that, when a iPad 2 link to PC it won't charge when the scree is on.
If you are using digital products frequently, you can try to get a dual USB output external power supple, which hold on 2 type of output current 1A for common cell phone, 2.1 A for iPad, Pad PC and some device which need high charge current
