Hi I need to change my Nortel 350 phone to English. Seems to be stuck on French.

Go to phone settings and select the option display. You can find the the settings for language there you can choose your language.

you can find in the settings>>phone settings>>language.

Go to settings and go to language option, where you can select English

Hello,

Your voicemail is by default set in the French language which is option.

If you want to change to English you will need to dial 120 and go to language menu to change to option 1 which is English.

If you cannot do this, call customer care and they will do it for you from the voicemail node.

Hope this solution solve the problem.

HI, what you need to do is to go to settings on your phone...visit your phone setting and select language settings, select English Language.

check in the settings,then language option and see if english is there,if not you'd need to change the firmware

If you are using Windows XP (could beVista... but not certain)

Go to Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options:

Under your Regional Options Tab, be sure that it is set to English (United States) if that is where you reside.

Then go to the Language Tab, and under Text Service and Input Language, click on Details... be sure to select English under the Default Input Language. Click Apply to all windows and that should do it.

If you are French it means: Appel reçu
If you are English it means: Call Received

To change your phone back to English, goto the set giving you issues
-> press the FEATURE button
-> dial * 5 0 1

This will change your telephone set back to the English language.

you need to download english rom image file first
after you need to open rom image file with hex editor program
when you opened rom image file first three bytes ENG you need to changed FRE and save it and update your device when its finished you have english version
