I recently purchased lg dehumidifier. it worked for a while then stopped working it displays the following ch24
For whatever reason, LOG does not list any information on Error Codes. To find out what CH24 indicates, contact LG's Support Representative at (800) 243-0000.
In the meantime, turn the unit OFF & unplug it for 15 minutes. Then plug it back in and turn it ON. During that 15 minute timeout, the electronics may have reset themselves and reverted back to the original factory settings. From there, you can set them as you like.
