Many people have returned their HiSense for only that reason.

If the TV has its own USB port, very likely one of its input channels will be a USB channel which you can go to, and then control videos and playback with the TV remote.

Hisense doesn`t have Hulu. It has Netflix, Amazon Instant, Vudu, Pandora, Facebook, and Twitter. You cannot add Hulu.

One major omission is Hulu Plus, but it will be available at the Google Play store, along with a mountain of other choices.
