Unless you have an outlet for a cheap to free used screen element, scrap it and buy a new tv. These units range near 200 for rebuilt. That is plus your time and if you don't break it.

same price or even more the inside screen is the most expensive part and when you add the labor it is vary expensive. You also do not know if the cicuit boards are cracked or not and may have other problems in the future.

The set uses a display panel and IF the glass is not bonded to it but apart the only way to get to that area is dismantle the set and REMOVE THE ENTIRE DISPLAY UNIT (CALLED A DISPLAY PANEL) to clean whatever is in there out. Sometimes moisture condenses and gets on the inside of the outer screen.
If a shop looks or you call the maker they will know if that is possible or not and ITS NOT A DO IT YOURSELF JOB.
