SOURCE: johnson 4 stroke 115 hp will not start. fuel
Sounds like and injector problem to me. If it was a 2 stroke I'd tell you to pull the carbs and clean them ,but EFI is a whole different story. Most certaintly a fuel problem, most likely injector related, you'll most likely need to go see a marine mechanic with the proper equipment to analyze, rather than start replacing parts you may not need.

It should be on the port side of the transom bracket(On the engine to boat mounting bracket). If not, look around on the engine block for a small silver plug (It will look like a shiny freeze plug) There will be 2 sets of numbers... one of the above numbers and your serial number will be the second number.

your carburetors might be dirty blocking flow to the high speed jets causing it to bog down
drive shaft oil seal and possible shaft
take it to an outboard service shop as it may require special tools for the job
