Try resetting the router. There should be a little hole somewhere on it with a button inside that you can press with a paperclip. Try holding that button down while you unplug then plug the router in while holding it (if possible). If that doesn't work, I'd suspect the storm might've damaged the router somehow. Was it plugged into a surge protector, and/or have you noticed any other issues with anything else that was turned on at the time?
there are a few options, if there is no small battery on the motherboard you can either replace the eprom chip or do a paperclip trick. on ebay there are password removal sellers for around $20
sometimes they can help , but it sounds like its locked in you eprom the paperclip trick involves removing the motherboard and powering on the laptop while jumping the pins on the eprom chip with a paperclip.
Try doing a reset. The reset hole is on the bottom of the TT 910. Use a paperclip to do the reset. Gently push the paperclip into the hole until you feel a click the hold it for 30 seconds. That should do the trick, unless the unit is not actually charging. The green light will come on but not charge because of a bad connection on the motherboard on the negative side.
