Hello, All you need to do is find a toothpick or needle and there is a little hole in the back that says "reset" it will reboot the tablet and no data will be lost. Hope this helps!

Press and hold the power button for fifteen seconds or so. If it prompts whether you want to shut down, ignore it and keep the power button pressed until it shuts off. Release the button, then press and hold for a second or two until it starts to reboot. Does it reboot and operate normally now?
There are two things you can try for this. The first is to reboot the tablet using the power switch. The other is to press in the Reset button on the backside of the Meep. If neither of these helps the situation, you'll want to contact the OSI call center.
