I bought this mf920vs from hsn by boost mobile but i lost my login code plus i have $10.00 on a boost mobile account somewhere i cant find the info

I had the same problem with my galaxy j7, I forgot the login password to get in to my phone. I tried a hard factory reset to manufacture settings. I had contacts and photos backed up with google account, so it was okay to erase and reset the phone. The login password was gone and the phone started like i had just bought it, but then I ran into another problem. My google user account was still logged in when I reset the phone. Androids and googles Factory Reset Protection was activated and a message said "an unauthorized attempt to factory reset was detected, please login with the original user email and password". I forgot the screensaver password and google account password I was still locked out of my phone. Two options I had then was the local phone repair store (boost mobile was going to charge 40$ to unlock my phone) recommended to try this first. The other option was to reset google account password and login to email from another computer for password verification and wait googles 72 hour FRP lockout to use new password to login. If a person pick up your phone it take a picture I'm that person is holding your phone so if you lose your phone it takes a picture of your phone and you try to find your phone over the other and then you got a picture of the thief or the person that took your phone from your personal possession or home I like it

If it's an android phone and you used your Google (gmail) account to login when you first got the phone AND if you saved your contacts to your google account and not just the device, then you'll get them all back when you login using your gmail account to your new phone.

What you need to do is contact your local service provider (e.g mine was Mobilicity) and then tell them that you're having trouble receiving a confirmation code from Facebook. They should be able to fix the problem, because I received my confirmation code right after.

(By the way, you can only use your cell phone number once, because you're only supposed to have one account, according to Facebook)

You could also use the calling option, and have Facebook call you to send you the verification code.

DON'T use your home phone number for these options, because if you need to verify your account again, they will automatically text you with the number you gave them and tell you to type in the confirmation code

Call Sprint/Boost mobile and talk to them. That's a problem on their end. That means they messed up somewhere registering the device to your account.

On the right top click on Account and then click on Logout. Now you can login with your Username and Password. If you still have problem try with a different browser like Internet explorer, firefox,safari or google chrome
