Can't download videos into my coby mp3

It will convert to amv and play but for out put or the converter won't show my coby mp3, so how am I to send my videos to my coby mp3 if it does not show on output files.

    i need step by step instructions on just how to put videos in to my mp3. I have problems with the format they have to be in even if i manage to convert them i still cant get them on to my mp3 because my media player wont recodnize the vidos!! I NEED HEELLP!! : (

Make sure in setup your usb mode is in msc mode

Amv video issue
What software are you using to convert? anyway heres a link to download a converter and convert your avi to amv. a no brand player china made will not play any other format except AMV. see it this software helps.

I can't put videos on my mp3/mp4 player
Sir please connect your device to your computer and see if any indication is shown on the display of your mp3 player
if yes then open my computer and a new device will appear under the removable devices...please open it and if there is a folder named mp3 to music then also open it and copy paste all music you want

If not then please make sure in the settings of the device that USB is set to MASS STORAGE MODE

download amv converter,,you can find at google..
after finished converted,,your video can open with neno mp4 player..

What kind of video file does the coby mp-c7082 play? Also, how do i download these files to it?
The software, esp the AMV converter necessary for converting movies, can be found by entering your model # at:
http://www.cobyusa.com/?p=doc
I had to click on support -> mp3 & Mp4 and then the exact model # - I couldn't get to it through the regular mp3/mp4 page - trust me, it's there

It supports AMV format only, so it must go through the AMV converter on the Coby website

click on mp3 and portable
click on mp3 and 4
select your model #
submit
click on download firmware link.
