TWD 1200 washing machine: power is ON but not working. How to fix it?

THE PROGRAM IS FIXED IT WORKS LIKE A CLOCK TRY TO OPEN AND SEE IF THE PROGRAM IS WORKING YOULL HEAR AS A SMALL RUBNNING CLOCK PUT SOME LIGHT MACHINES OIL TO HELP ITS MOVEMENT IF NOT CHANGER THE PROGRAM

Bosch 1200 classixx express washing machine. Upon switching on my machine, a little while later all of the lights on the control panel were flashing except the Start button. I tried to push the buttons but there was not the usual sound made upon depression of any of the buttons. They continued to flash. I switched the power off and cleaned out the pipes at the front of the machine to eliminate any obvious problems. Please help

I had F63 on Bosch washing machine (Maxx 7). I waited 5 days for a repairman and all he did was reset the washing machine processor, like this: 1. Turn the program knob to 6 o'clock 2. Hold the RPM button 3. While the RPM button is held, turn the program knob 1 click clockwise (to Rinse) 4. Release the RPM button.
This is similar to F21 which also happened to my machine. Apparently both errors are related to power surge/power cut.
