contact you finance institution and make arrangements to have the new card connected to your debit arangements

You'll have to go to the company you originally got the card from and tell them you need a new card with a new number and tell them why you need it..

most debit card pin number changes require you to go into a branch and have a teller actually assist you in changing the pin. it can not be done on the website and it may not be able to be done over the phone for security reasons.

You should be able to call into the number on the back of your card and it should walk you through your account.

Log into your paypal account
go to account settings
click on bank pr payment details
choose your card or click "add a card"

caution: to keep your account safer never use a debit card or store it online. If it's compromised someone has access to your whole bank account . A credit card will cover unauthorized purchases a debit card , once it's gone it's gone.

from the main login page, hit profile > update bank account. you can add or edit a bank account.

Hopefully you contacted the institution that issued the card to inform them that the card was stolen, so they can cancel the card, and issue you a new one.

Here's how to add a card to your account:
1.Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
2.Click 'Profile' near the top of the page.
3.Click 'My money.'
4.Click 'Update' beside 'Debit and credit cards.'
5.Click 'Add another Card.'
6.Select the 'Card Type' and enter the required information.
7.Click 'Add Card.'
Note:

You can link up to 8 credit cards or debit cards to your PayPal account.

Here's how to update (same card number but new expiry date) your credit card or debit card information:
1.Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
2.Click 'Profile' near the top of the page.
3.Click 'My money.'
4.Click 'Update' beside 'Debit and credit cards'.
5.Click 'Edit' next to the card you want to change.
6.Update your information.
7.Enter your card security code.
Click 'Save.

Sign in to your paypal account
Then go to profile
Then go to update card
Click on add card
Give credit card or debit card information
And add the new card
And if you want the new card
To be the primary card you'll have to confirm it
You have to confirm the new card
Before you remove the old one
