Hi,
Depends on the type of washer/seal on the coupling. If it's rubber, or rubber type material, then you shouldn't really be able to turn it once the coupling is tightened. However, if it is a ptfe/firm plastic then it MAY be possible to move it with some force.
Firstly, ensure that you do have a washer in the coupling. Sometimes they stick to the appliance when being dismantled, and may fall off when being moved.
I would recommend tightening firmly by hand (those with gorilla hands need not apply). Then turn on the isolating valve on the supply, and monitor the coupling for a few minutes. If you see water appear, you know what to do! Tighten it up some more.
Good luck.

You could if you wanted a hot wash. You cannot dry without cold water. The dryer cycle requires cold water to draw moisture out of the clothes.
You can create a custom program that has no dry cycle. I usually do the laundry this way and hang dry, however I only have cold water hooked up.
You could get cold from the cold tap by installing a few outdoor hose quick connect parts to the tap if your faucet ends in a screw fitting. You may also need screw on expander for this to work. Go to you local hardware store and tell them you want to get the outdoor hose quick connect parts and an expander to fit on your household tap. Buy metal parts NOT cheapo plastic.

Have them replace at the Aerus Electrolux shop. Aerus uses a higher grade plastic (Lexan, read about it on the net) which should last the life of the the power nozzle and wands. The part and labor will have a 1 year warranty.
