Does anyone know what error code 061-327 RAP ROS Connect Failure is, I think it is the lasers but I am not sure if it is the color or black laser and which wire as there is 4 per laser

SC302: Charge Corona Output Error 3 - Grid Voltage error - Charger Roller Current Leak.

I would suggest replacing first the charge roller and if that doesnt fix it, the HIgh Voltage Supply Board.

Yeah I had a look at the website there too, try powering down again and plugging it out for a longer period of time. You need to get the whole machine to reset and loose all saved info in the bios. Also cleaning it out of all loose toner on any contacts might help!

SOURCE: laser unit polygon motor failure

This error usually means that the laser unit on the machine has failed. Just replace the laser unit part number 116-1110-00

SOURCE: HP Color laser jet 4700n 49.3048 service error

The problem is usually caused by printing a PDF file with fonts/page size/ page formating errors which will cause the printer to display the 49.3048 error. The only way to use the printer is to POR or recycle the power and delete the print job from the server or spooling device and cancel it on the printer before the offending command is issued to the printer again. You can try updating the firmware to the latest version 46.140.5 from the HP website. MIke L.
