I have a PCR-T2000A, it does not properly feed receipts. The journal works fine, but the receipt will only come out if I pull out on it as its printing. The gears are turning, but it won't feed it out on its own. I'm using the same thermal paper that has worked for years with this unit. Any thoughts, is this part replaceable?

the possibilities of receipt stop print completely:
1. accidently press the "Receipt Off" button
2. Receipt printer paper jam

The printer driver should be set to Continuous or it will think it is still Gap or Black Mark. Please adjust accordingly

Did you upgrade your system? At any rate, download the new driver or reinstall the one you have It may fix your problem

I have never had this problem. Try pressing POST RECEIPT after the sale to make sure it is not in paper save mode. If it still doesn't work, make sure your paper is the correct width (57mm). If it is narrow, the paper sensor will not detect the roll. Make sure it is clamped correctly under the paper holder. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
