My phone is showing me fastboot mode. what dos it mean?

Is it a LG phone if yes then follow the below instructions:-
This is a secure booting error! But, you would need download mode to fix it. See, LG has a special download mode that with a proper tool has a full root shell. It allowed me to grab a boot.img from another phone, and push it via download mode.

Are your LG drivers downloaded? Try fastboot. Sometimes if download mode crashes fastboot kicks in, and if you didn't wipe it you have a good chance of flashing it via fastboot.

Open your windows OS, CONNECT A STOCK CORD!!! It needs to be a data transfer cord, otherwise it doesn't get assigned a data port. It just charges. Open on your windows OS, Device Manager, and check for anything different. Like QCOM, or Qualcomm, or LG, or LGE. If you have a unknown device, right click it, and send a screenshot.

My hisense u989 wont turn on I tried to reset it but instead of showing reset setting it shows recovery mode fastboot mode and normal mode. please help

How to unlock bootloader in ZTE

1. Enable Developer Option, Settings -> About -> Software Information -> More -> Now Tap on the Build Number 7-8 Times until you see a toast message "Developer option enabled"
2. Go back to settings -> Now you need to enable the OEM Unlock by going to Settings -> Developer Option and Enable OEM Unlock and USB Debugging
3. Download and Extract the Downloaded ADB fastboot Zip file on your PC
4. Now connect your phone to Computer using USB Cable.
5. When you connect your Phone to Computer, please wait until all the drivers get installed
6. In your ADB fastboot folder open a command prompt window by pressing Shift Key + Right Mouse Click
7. Now type the command in your command windowadb devices
8. If you see a pop up to allow USB Debugging on your phone, Click OK
