My Win. 10 desktop computer wont pair with my auvio pbt 500

Pairing Press and hold for about 2 seconds to switch on your headphones. The headphones beeps, and the Power / Pairing Indicator lights green briefly. If the headphones have not been previously paired " with a device, they automatically enter pairing mode and the Power / Pairing Indicator flashes blue quickly.

what does the screen do, from power on. ? exactly.?
any text at all matters. (like "Hit Esc key to enter setup"
Elite zzzzz what is the numbers after the word Elite. this desktop has dash number at the end of the name elite.
desktop. dash 000 to dash 500 ?
the first desktop 000 was made in 2007 (elite-000)
11 years ago, if that old? the RTC coil cell battery inside is due for replacement, (5-7 years is normal life span)
BTW the 6 models in the series are radically different,even AMD and Intel insides different.

it is easy to blame Microsoft updates, but it many not be that.

it came new with Windows 7, how to 10 get there, not from HP that is for sure. (says no support!)
hp does not support windows 10 on a Desktop made by them prior to
Aug 2013, (it might work but is UNTESTED BY THEM.

now if the screen still works, you see text and the BIOS keys work. do they.?
you can put win 10 in to safe mode, using the new way for w10
this forces w10 to cold boot, and not cheat with fast boot.

w10 dead, (PC not damaged)
us the F11 BIOS hit key, power on and hammer F11
start here at words hammer and do the safe mode steps.
This trick forces w10 to load safely,.
I cant see your screen to see how bad it is, so :? answering for pure w10 failures. (I hit F10 or ESC at power on and make sure BIOS is happy first) Bios date and time correct?

The poorly written manual says to hold the Play/Power button for five seconds at which time you will get the blue light, Then hold the Play button again for three seconds to enter the bluetooth pairing mode at which time you will see the alternating red & blue flashing light. Ignore all of that and just hold the Play/Power button for however long it takes to start the red and blue flashing sequence. That means the headset has entered the bluetooth pairing mode. Then make sure whatever device you are trying to pair has its bluetooth pairing mode activated and you will eventually see Auvio BTCHP on your device's pairing window. Select it and you should then be paired.

Is your PC Bluetooth-enabled ? If not, you will have to buy a USB Bluetooth adapter for your PC.

In general, you can check
Apple -> System Preferences -> Bluetooth
and see if it appears there and you can pair it.
