Try to type in google in the browser bar to get it back or you will have to go in setting and factory reset the tablet

I think you can't download apps from the googlee play store. Because I tried it so many times but nothing happens.

Go and search it on the Play Store and manually install it.

If it fails try searching on google for an apk of google services and install it on your device.

My tablet went out and I have not had it a year.It will not come on.
If it's still on warranty, return it to the shop where you bought it for service.
Maybe it's just the battery? Get it checked but if not on warranty, I'm afraid that to repair it might cost you more then it's value. You can buy this tablet for about 50$ so you should ask how much might cost to repair it.

make sure the account you are using is good, check settings on your tablet. check storage if you got room, delete your store and load up again, last reset it or after back up factory reset it. Good luck
