Contact your bank or credit card company where the chargers are appearing. They should be able to give you contact info for that company. Like a phone number and with your credit card number or account info they will be able to stop charges.

You will need a email account to open a Paypal account.

Create one account, and then register yourself with PayPal with the same email account you have created.

You will also need to give your credit card or debit card No. while creating PayPal account.

If you're typing your password in and it's not letting you log in. Make sure caps lock is off. If it still won't work then it will ask you for your secret questions/tell phone number. The reason it does this is because when you first created your account you set secret info that only you know and if you ever forget your password or someone else gets it, you can recover your account with the secret info. If someone else has changed your password and you can't remember your recovery i.e 2 questions and cell phone number, unfortunately u will have to make a new email account. Try to remember what they were, I know u probably created it along time ago so chances are u've forgotten. U might want to make sure there's no viruses on ur computer too. Download AVG free and run a scan.

I would definitly call PayPal support on this issue , you don't want to waste anytime messing around with this...idenity theft is big now-a-days and it sounds like someone has stolen your CC number.
