Sounds like you haven't retuned the set correctly. Use the factory settings/ default setting if poss. Look out for too much signal if you are on a booster.
You may lose some channels when you retune the TV as the channels have been rearranged. To locate them look at the EPG although you may still find that some channels are no longer available on FREEVIEW. I have the same box and re-tuned mine with the same results as you.However i discovered that the NEW BBC channels were on the channel guide list starting at channel 800
