I googled the same and found that you have to upgrade your firmware.
It's a bit fiddly, but it does get the job done. You'll need an SD card

Go into the market app on your phone, find my downloads or downloads or my apps or whatever its called on your phone and it should be in that list.

I would try to delete the app from your phone and re-install. You should not loose any data. (Don't hold me to it). That would remove any old versions and file and reinstall new version...

If the Disable option is showing but the Enable is not then either the Play Services is enabled or your thinks it is. This information is held in the phones cache memory. Clear the cache and then start again.If you need to know how to clear the cache then post another question please.
