What is the proboblem of error 007 canon IR 2016j photo copy machine ?

make sure you have A4 loaded into the drawer.

Your machine appears to think it's waiting for a file (like an update). Somehow it was put into download mode (only a canon tech would know how to). You need to have a canon technician to either reset the machine or if there is a legitimate problem put it into factory default.
It may be a hard drive error from my experience.

Error code E007 on an ir2016 means that the fuser film has a fault. The fuser film is the black sheet that melts the ink into the paper on the final stage of the copy process. It more than likely has ripped apart. You will need to call a service tech for this one.

the ir 2016 J cant be used as a printer without network function wich is optional. USB port is only for system software upload on these model.

its a fixing film problem, your fixing film is not spining properly maybe its paper jammed inside try to clean paper jam carefully else you order new fixing film from canon
