first examine part #166 and related parts for visible damage.
If the circuit board is burned out, then the above website is a suggestion for ordering.

SOURCE: blue power light is on but tv will not come on olevia 237T11

I know this post was a while ago, but I stumbled upon a solution to my tv just recently. I don't know if this will work for everyone's tv, but I find it hard to believe that this would only fix my tv with the same issue.

I opened up my tv and found that the placement for the connection for the power cord is poorly designed. For one it is very loose. Two, I don't know much about circuit boards but the connector has 5 prongs. Two of which are part of the same piece to both, I think, to anchor it down and ground it (it looks like it's part of the actual ground wire.) and the other three which I assume power the board. Those three are not completely soldered on completely e.g. they have holes in the soldering. The last thing I noticed is the ground wire is crossing the board and touching one of the coils.

As my tv got worse it started making a "short" sound. When I opened it up, I removed the connector and insulated the wire more. Also, I anchored it down tighter using the two prong piece (just made it tighter by pushing it down more and folding the prongs against the board and soldering it). Last, I re-soldered the 3 prongs, completely covering them. Put the tv back together and viola...it came back on and no problems.

I hope this help and I hope this makes it around to all the people who have this tv. It"s not a bad tv just a poorly designed board.

SOURCE: Brand new heater won't start.

There is a definite problem here with a dead short, honestly I would return the heater to where ever you purchased it from. To be brand new it should be out of the box and plug it in maybe a little programming and instant heat. Hopefully you are not to far away from the purchase place.

Green LED light on circuit board is off. Fuse snaps as soon as you give power. Solution?

The green light being off simply means there's no power, if the fuse is blowing this isn't surprising. If your circuit board looks OK - no burn marks etc I think the most likely culprits are the components that get the mains voltage which are the two fans and the transformer. You tube has videos about checking these components with a multimeter.

Heater won't start. put new batteries in thermostat and the fuse is good because when I pull it out the slow flashing green light on the electronics board goes out. I raised the maximum temp on the...

Shut off power, disconnect thermostat wires from control board. Put a jumper wire between R and W turn power back on. If the garage heater starts and heats, your issue is in the thermostat. If it does not start or heat, your problem is in the power coming.

Check power coming in, it should be 110-120V if you have it there, check to see if it has a transformer, if it does check for 24v on the secondary side of transformer, if you don't have it there, replace transformer.

Green light is off on the circuit board. 120volts going to unit is ok. Couldn't find a fuse on circuit board?

There is most likely, a diode in line before the transformer. Also, check the switch and thermostat. To see if the thermostat works, connect an ohm meter to it, warm it up with a hair dryer, and than cool it down with a bag of ice or some canned air.

Mr. Heater Natural Gas Garage Heater - 45,000 BTU. Power 120 volt and 24 volt good. Thermostat calling for heat, but nothing happening??

Check for a fuse either in-line or on the circuit board. There should be 24 volts going to the thermostat. If not, you have either a bad transformer or a bad thermostat wire. Jump out the terminals that the thermostat wires are connected to. This should force the unit to fire. If not, bad circuit board.
