The transmission's input shaft is probably binding; use a second jack under the transmission and gently lift it while watching for an indication that the housing is separating. Once some of the transmission's weight is lifted, it should be free enough to pull it back. Use caution, it may come free suddenly and dropping it isn't good for the bell housing.

I am going to say yes. I have basicaly the same as you. The game will lag a bit unless you trun down the settings (Visual) to low. You wont notice the difference in how it looks, but the game will play better. the game is worthe it.. I love it.

Here's the solution.
After building up enough combos you get a lightning bolt in a yellow circle on the screen. Press down the top of both the analog sticks and before the countdown runs out do a superbark (L2) while facing the far wall. the wall collapses and you can progress!

Yes, open up the flash and press the flash button once (the button's on the back of the camera). Hope this helps.
