Usually that means the disk is dirty or scratched try cleaning it if it is not scratched with a damp cloth then let it dry before inserting it again

Your console isn't reading the game disc. You may need to clean the lens inside the disc player (you could try a can of air into the disc tray if you'r comfortable with that, i've done this before no big deal.)
OR it could be a mechanical issue. in which case you would likely want a professional to fix it

Hi there, I've come across this problem before and I inserted the game disk then restarted the Wii, then started the game and then it worked, if that doesn't work then could be an issue with the laser (Prob not disks as you are having issues with more than one game). Cheers
