Hello sir; C440in this machine,it means fuser unit problem, but it can be reset the procedure as follow;
1, hold down "0" and "8" keys while turn on the power.
2, enter 400 press start.
3, enter 0 press set or enter.

There was a tag on stove that told on the error codes. Reset pad, it was somehow stuck. Thank you for your help!!

There should be two or three screws at the back holding the top on. Take these out and slide the top back and off. Inside should be a service tech sheet that will tell you what the code means and what to replace or check. Once the top is removed it shouldnt be hard to see how it is disassembled.
