How do i remove treadmill front roller

Hey, I really think you should have mentioned the brand of treadmill but however all the treadmill i encountered all function on the same principles... though some may seem more of a hassle to do they are all the same (correct me if i'm wrong)... So with that being said you would need to remove the motor housing cover by removing all the screws around the sides and front of the machine. By now you should have a clear view of the front roller, on one side you should the the belt driven pulley that is held on by the belt alone so removing that along with the bolt on the opposite side should do the trick.... lemme know if this helped

Treadmill Elevaton Error

There are a few things you may need to check. You already tried calibration. Next thing I would do is check the sensor wire from the incline to the controller. Make sure its properly plugged into the controller. The controller can also be an issue. If someone was tampering with the unit, the sensor wire could be plugged into the wrong connector as there is another connector that will fit. I have a ET-388 threadmill. however when i walk or run on the machine the sound is very heavy. can you tell me what is wrong of is it normal?

Its time to lubricate your treadmill.
You must obtain the proper lubricant for your treadmill. There are several different types. Contact your manufacturer for what type is needed. Using the manufacturer provided allen wrench, loosen the walking belt approximately 10 full turns on each side of the rear roller. Apply approximately 1/2 ounce of lubricant directly in the middle of the walk area underneath the walking belt upon the deck. Retighten the rear roller 10 turns on each side. Run the treadmill at 6.0 mph for 2-3 minutes to spread the lubricant evenly. Wipe excess lube from the sides of the belt. Walk on treadmill to check for proper tension on belt.
for make it easy for you I have added a video. ok

Treadmill wont incline all the way

With the key in the console, press one of the incline buttons. While the incline is changing, remove the key. After a few seconds reinsert the key. The treadmill will automatically rise to the maximum incline level and then return to the minimum level. Thi will recalibrate the incline system.
